Bar charts compare items within a set. You can create vertical bar charts in two or three dimensions, and you can cluster or stack the bars. In a vertical bar chart, items in the y-facts pane form the chart bars, and items in the x- and z- categories pane itemize the bars. Vertical bar charts are the default chart type.
